Just when we thought the only reason Vicky Pattison and Ferne McCann were showering ALL OF THE TIME in the I'm A Celebrity...  jungle was to show off their neon bikini collection, we discover there's actually a deadly serious explanation…

Medic and all round babe Bob has explained that the girls' boobs are in danger of swelling from tic bites, forcing them to shower at least three times a day.

"Some of the breasts in this show are quite large which hasn't caused them any trouble but the problem with large breasts is that, and this is going to sound horrible, but if you don't keep yourself clean in camp underneath the breast you can actually get quite a serious fungal infection," he expertly revealed.
